Berwind Country Club

The Berwind Country Club is just 19 miles from San Juan, on the eastern side of Puerto Rico. Built in 1969 on a former coconut plantation, this attractively landscaped, 18-hole ocean-side golf course, features a wealth of blossoming plants and trees against a backdrop of streams, lakes, and Greens and Fairways of rich Bermuda Grass. An estimated 75,000 rounds are played here annually.

Berwind is known for its long, and wide-open layout. Its breezy fairways are lined with attractive trees. Small snug greens are well bunkered. And, there is water hazards in play on eight holes. From the back tees, the course becomes very challenging.

The Berwind Country Club is open to the public for play every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Only members are allowed to play on weekends.
